The Ground Test System of Double Layer Air Floating Platform and Its Application

Abstract The suspension test system within the high microgravity scientific experiment cabinet is equipped with double-layer vibration isolation, effectively isolating external disturbances and creating a environment inner body. Based on this characteristic, paper proposes plane air platform ground design. By using high-precision acceleration sensor gyroscope of platform, coordinates measurement floating platform. control mode algorithm for isolation in are simulated through physics. Ground verification results from flotation show that attitude hardware meets requirements, effect good, which provides sufficient experimental evidence normal operation orbit.
